Finance & Controlling Intern - Healthtech Startup Hybrid Zürich

Holistiq Health Group AG is an innovative healthtech startup reimagining medicine through personalized, integrated, science-backed and natural approaches
. Using a hybrid model of digital support and modern health centers, we create solutions for people's chronic health challenges —with a focus on metabolic health, gut health, and hormonal health (especially Women's Health).

Our interdisciplinary team of doctors, nutritionists, and naturopathic practitioners is supported by digital tools and advanced data models, to go to the root-cause of the symptoms, delivering better patient outcomes.

Your Role
Starting as soon as possible for a 6-month period with the opportunity to stay afterwards
, you’ll support our operations & the executive team with key administrative tasks to ensure smooth, high-quality patient care.

What You’ll Do

• Support billing and general admin
• Control the doctors and therapists' invoicing
• Be the person of contact for all invoice-related queries - payment tracking, cash inflows & ouflows
• Manage transactions related to lab orders and supplements
• Assist for payroll calculations and payment
• Support the CEO's reporting and KPIs for various stakeholders - notably for the next fundraising round

What You Bring

Experience in administration/operations or finance.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Confortable with new software
• Reliable and discreet with sensitive data
• Fluent in English and German; any other language is a plus
• Experience in medical admin is a plus

• Work directly with the COO & CEO in a very fast-paced environment
