We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant (PA) to support senior leadership with administrative, operational, and coordination tasks. In this role, you will manage schedules, handle communications, and ensure the executive’s daily activities run efficiently. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 📅

🎯 Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, meetings, and appointments
    .
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation bookings
    .
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documents
    .
  • Organize and coordinate internal meetings, events, and business activities
    .
  • Maintain confidential files and ensure professional handling of sensitive information
    .
  • Assist with administrative tasks, project follow-ups, and office coordination
    .
  • Track tasks and deadlines to ensure smooth daily operations

✅ Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
    .
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Assistant is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
    .
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
    .
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
    .
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
    .
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
