Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant (PA)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant (PA) to support senior leadership with administrative and coordination tasks. In this role, you will help manage schedules, handle communications, and assist with both professional and personal arrangements to ensure smooth daily operations.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. If you enjoy supporting executives and keeping things organized, we’d love to hear from you.

  • Manage and coordinate the executive’s calendar, meetings, and appointments.
  • Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries when required.
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, documents, and reports.
  • Assist with administrative and personal tasks to support daily operations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
  • Maintain organized records, documents, and confidential information.
  • Support event planning, meetings, and other business activities when needed.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Previous administrative, assistant, or coordination experience is a plus.
