Position: Founder’s Associate (Temporary, 40–60%)
Location: Zürich

As part of a maternity leave cover, we are looking for a hands‑on Founder’s Associate who enjoys working in a digital‑first environment and takes ownership of people‑ and operations‑related topics with a pragmatic mindset.

This is a temporary position (until the end of 2026) with a workload of 40–60%, ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, organisational tasks, and close collaboration with leadership in a growing fintech.

Your responsibilities
  • Provide administrative, strategic and organizational support to the CEO
  • Support the organization of board and executive management meetings and prepare minutes and follow‑ups
  • Handle ad‑hoc operational tasks typical for a fast‑growing scale‑up
Operations & Office Management
  • Ensure smooth day‑to‑day office operations (office space, equipment, team events)
  • Review and process incoming invoices
  • Help out other teams if need be
HR & People Operations
  • Coordinate recruiting processes (create job descriptions, candidate screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, offer preparation)
  • Own onboarding processes to ensure a great employee experience
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees on all HR‑related questions
  • Maintain HR documentation, policies, and employee records
Your profile
  • >2 years of experience as founder’s associate, strategic assistant or a similar role
  • Hands‑on, structured, and highly self‑organised working style
  • Pragmatic mindset: you focus on solutions, not bureaucracy
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
  • Adaptive, critical and outside the box thinking with an exact and diligent working style
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership, while collaborating closely with the team
  • Swiss work permit required
