You’ll sit within our People and Culture team and work closely with the Employee Engagement Senior Manager to strengthen our employee experience and office culture.

Here’s what you’ll do:
Office & Facilities Management
  • Manage day‑to‑day office operations, ensuring a well‑organised, welcoming, and fully functioning workspace
  • Manage vendors, service providers, landlords, and cleaning teams with an eye for quality and efficiency
  • Handle reception coordination, office supplies, catering, mail, shipments, and payment allocations
  • Serve as the go‑to contact for all office‑related matters
  • Support onboarding/offboarding processes
Internal Events & Engagement
  • Plan and execute internal events such as company celebrations, company rituals and employee engagement activities, quarterly onboarding weeks
  • Coordinate logistics including venue booking, catering, materials, and communications
  • Provide assistance to other departments to organize team offsites across various regions
  • Create thoughtful experiences that make every employee feel included and valued
Leadership Team Administrative Support
  • Provide proactive administrative and operational support to the Leadership Team, including scheduling, communication management, documentation, and logistics coordination
  • Manage travel arrangements when needed – including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
This is what you'll need:
  • Proactive, service‑oriented mindset with attention to detail
  • Proven experience in administrative and support roles
  • Strong organisational, multitasking and budget management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Hands‑on mentality, willing to jump in when needed
  • Problem‑solver with a can‑do attitude and a smile
