🚀 We are hiring on behalf of our client:
Specialist Real Estate Accountant (80–100%)

Our client is a leading international insurance and asset management group, managing one of Switzerland’s largest real estate portfolios. To support their Real Estate division, we are looking for an experienced, reliable, and tech-savvy Real Estate Accountant.

• Full responsibility for real estate accounting (A–Z)
• Preparing quarterly, semi-annual, and annual portfolio financial reports
• Checking and preparing VAT returns and tax refund claims
• Recording and monitoring accruals and deferrals
• Close collaboration with Property Management, Controlling, and external partners
• Preparing off-market settlements for property purchases/sales
• Background in business/finance with a relevant accounting qualification
• Several years of experience in finance & accounting, ideally in real estate
• Excellent Excel skills & strong IT affinity (Garaio REM is a plus)
• Proactive, communicative, and independent work style
• Fluent German;
  French is an advantage
