QA Engineer

We are seeking a detail‑oriented QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and security across all our systems, responsible for leading testing initiatives, expanding test coverage, and contributing to automation strategies throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Design and execute advanced test strategies for complex projects
• Analyze test results to identify trends and areas of improvement
• Collaborate with developers to enhance testability and ensure high‑quality releases
• Lead defect triage meetings and assist in root cause analysis
• Expand test coverage and optimize regression testing processes
• Guide junior QA team members in best testing practices

• Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and scripting languages
• Proficiency in API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SOAP UI) and SQL
• In‑depth knowledge of software development and testing methodologies
• Experience working in Agile environments
  
  Some leadership and mentoring abilities
• Basic programming knowledge preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance
• Full stack experience and Elixir knowledge are a plus
