A leading clinical research organization is seeking a Lead Monitor in Zug, Switzerland. The successful candidate will coordinate site feasibility, monitor timelines, and ensure compliance during clinical trials. With a minimum of 4 years’ experience in site monitoring of Phase II or III projects, this role requires strong skills in oncology and patient management, as well as proficiency in English.

The position may require up to 50% travel to various sites for ongoing project support.
