As we prepare to open our first For Jesus flagship store in Zurich
, we are seeking a Store Opening Manager with the expertise, vision, and organizational mastery to bring this milestone to life.

Role Overview

The Store Opening Manager will lead and execute the complete store opening process for the first For Jesus retail location. This role requires a seasoned retail professional with a proven track record in launching premium or luxury fashion stores, from concept to grand opening. You will oversee all operational, logistical, and staffing aspects — ensuring that every element reflects the For Jesus brand identity, excellence, and mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute all stages of the store opening process — from site preparation to launch.
• Collaborate closely with the Store Design Agency
  , Founder, and Leadership Team to ensure the store embodies the brand’s aesthetic and spiritual essence.
• Build, lead, and train the inaugural store team; oversee recruitment, onboarding, and team development.
• Establish operational processes, guidelines, and performance standards for day-to-day store management.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and checklists for all pre-opening and post-launch phases.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the opening process.
• Implement systems and workflows for an exceptional in-store experience aligned with the For Jesus mission.

• Extensive experience in retail store openings
  , preferably within luxury, high-end, or fashion sectors
  .
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple complex workflows.
• Proven leadership in team building, training, and operational setup

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Skilled in coordinating with designers, contractors, and external partners.
• Fluent in English and German (spoken and written).
• Based in or willing to relocate to Zurich, Switzerland.
