Job Overview

Do you bring a passion for polymer chemistry and want to shape the next generation of adhesive technologies?

As a Chemist – Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) Technology, you will play a key role in developing, optimizing, and scaling innovative adhesive solutions. You’ll work closely with R&D, operations, and commercial teams to translate new technologies from the lab to industrial production – reliably, efficiently, and ready for the market.

This role is ideal for experienced PSA professionals who enjoy combining scientific depth with hands‑on problem‑solving and collaboration across functions.

  • Develop new PSA strategies and formulations (e.g., UV/water-based acrylics, hot melts)
  • Lead or contribute to innovation and development projects
  • Support industrialization and commercialization of new adhesive technologies
  • Improve product consistency and manufacturing processes in collaboration with operations
  • Transfer know‑how across teams and build internal expertise in sealing and bonding technologies
  • Provide technical support to internal stakeholders and customers
What You Bring
  • Master’s degree or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline
  • 5–7 years of experience in PSA chemistry (formulation, process, or product development)
  • Strong knowledge of polymer and organic chemistry
  • Hands‑on laboratory and analytical testing experience
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and structured project execution
  • Clear communication and ability to work across R&D, operations, and commercial teams
Travel

Occasional travel (~20%) to support cross‑site collaboration, project execution, and customer interactions.
