• Lead and contribute to project teams made up of Genioo consultants, independent professionals, and client stakeholders – owning projects from initiation through execution.
• Solve complex business problems related to productivity, cost‑reduction, operational excellence, transformation, and change management.
• Deliver high‑impact results that exceed client expectations – on time and on budget – while upholding Genioo’s quality standards.
• Identify and support new business opportunities, craft proposals, and collaborate on thoughtful, tailored solutions for clients.
• Help evolve and expand Genioo’s service offerings, tools, and methodologies.
• Play an active role in scaling internal functions and shaping the future of our fast‑growing firm.

• You have at least 7 years of experience in top‑tier management consulting.
• You have successfully delivered projects in one or more of the following areas: productivity, cost reduction, operational excellence, transformation, commercial strategy, or change management, ideally in the life sciences sector.
• You thrive on project execution and enjoy making a real impact through hands‑on leadership.
• You excel at simplifying complex issues and communicating them clearly to diverse audiences.
• You are a strong relationship builder who enjoys developing client connections and winning new business.
• You bring entrepreneurial energy and passion for building something new, both for clients and internally.
• You inspire and motivate others with your enthusiasm, leadership, and collaborative mindset.
• You’re willing to travel 60‑80% to client sites or our offices.
