AfterSales Area Manager DE

Reports to: Head of After Sales in Switzerland

We are searching for an After Sales Area Manager to join our Swiss operations and become part of our forthcoming growth.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage and support the dealer/service partner network in Switzerland in your area of responsibility on all aftersales matters.
• Monitor and improve service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company aftersales standards, processes, and KPIs.
• Analyze market and dealer performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Support dealers in workshop capacity management, parts supply, warranty handling, and technical problem-solving.
• Lead training initiatives and share best practices with service partners to enhance technical and customer care competence.
• Act as the main escalation point for customer and dealer issues, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
• Report market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and HQ Aftersales to align strategies and initiatives.

Your Profile:

• At least 5 years of experience in Automotive After Sales experience in Switzerland.
• Academic Degree with specialization in engineering or similar business area.
• Strong knowledge of workshop processes, warranty, and parts operations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and German, French and Italian will be considered an asset.
• Ability to work independently and travel frequently within Switzerland.
• Hands-on, result-oriented, pressure-tolerant, do-more & talk-less attitude is indispensable.
