Supply Chain Lead
We are looking for a Supply Chain Lead to support end-to-end supply chain activities within a growing pharmaceutical organization operating with a strong external partner network. The role will be responsible for coordinating supply across development and commercial stages, ensuring reliable, compliant, and cost-effective product availability.
Working in a highly outsourced environment, this position will collaborate closely with CMC, Quality, Regulatory, and Operations teams and report into senior operations leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Own and coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities across external manufacturing, testing, packaging, and distribution partners.
- Support product introductions and market launches by ensuring timely and compliant supply.
- Manage demand and supply planning, logistics, and inventory across multiple regions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost, service levels, and supply robustness.
- Support ERP-based planning processes and ensure data accuracy and governance.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and support issue resolution with partners.
- Ensure supply chain activities comply with applicable GMP/GDP and quality requirements.
- Contribute to the development of scalable supply chain processes suitable for a flexible operating model.
- Several years of experience in pharmaceutical supply chain roles, including supply chain management or lead responsibilities.
- Experience working with external vendors (e.g. manufacturing, logistics, or testing partners).
- Exposure to product launches and cross-functional project work.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and planning processes.
- Solid understanding of regulatory and quality requirements in a pharma environment.
- Strong planning, analytical, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a dynamic, matrix organization.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
