The Sr. Manager will be a part of the IM SC Procurement Excellence. In this role, he / she will function as the Procurement/Source Process Design Lead for the IM Transcend Program to independently spearhead the development of Direct and Indirect Procurement and Purchase-to-Pay processes. This role requires critical thinking, effective cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to influence business partners at all levels.

He / She must be able to demonstrate a combination of critical thinking and deep operational understanding of Procurement processes and ERP programs to achieve transformation goals of IM Transcend.

Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one “clean” ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains. This program will simplify the Pharmaceutical ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes to have a cost-effective, fit-for-purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharmaceutical business with agility.

Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade.

The Sr. Manager will possess expert knowledge of the SOURCE/PLAN functional space, focusing on enabling and standardising essential business capabilities and products to address key process requirements within these areas. Success in this role depends on collaborating with major business partners to thoroughly understand current business needs and capabilities, conduct benchmarking, drive continuous improvement, maintain consistent process documentation, and ensure effective product deployment across programmes.
