Overview
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Finance Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead the implementation and optimization of ERP finance solutions, helping clients streamline financial processes, increase transparency, and future-proof their operations. You will work closely with clients from the initial analysis phase through go-live and ongoing support, contributing to high-quality, sustainable ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the functional implementation of the finance module within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central projects.
- Conduct finance-focused workshops, analyze business processes and requirements, and advise clients on best-practice solutions.
- Configure, document, and test financial solutions, ensuring seamless end-to-end business processes.
- Support clients during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deliver user training sessions.
- Provide go-live and hypercare support, ensuring stable and efficient system adoption.
- Act as a functional expert for the development team, clarifying requirements and ensuring correct implementation.
- Collaborate closely with project management and contribute to steering work packages.
- Support pre-sales activities and client engagements as a subject matter expert.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in a consulting or IT services environment.
- Strong expertise in financial management and accounting processes (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to understand and optimize complex business processes.
- Confident communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead workshops and moderate discussions effectively.
- Fluent German and English (minimum C1 level, written and spoken).
- Professional, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong customer focus.
