- Analyse von Schnittstellen, Systemintegrationen und tiefgehenden Fehlerbildern
- Unterstützung und Mentoring für Level 1 Specialists
- Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Produkt- und Entwicklungsteams bei systemischen Problemen
- Dokumentation und Aufbau von Best Practices im Support
Profil:
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Support oder in einer vergleichbaren Engineering‑Rolle
- Fundiertes technisches Verständnis von SaaS-Systemen, POS‑Architekturen und Integrationen
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und systematische Vorgehensweise
- Freude daran, Wissen weiterzugeben und Kollegen zu unterstützen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gutes Englisch
