Vacancy for our Switzerland based client in the Pharma sector.

• Build, operate, and continuously improve the software build and test infrastructure for embedded Linux and Android.
• Design, enhance, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for fast, reliable, and repeatable builds, tests, packaging, and delivery.
• Implement and apply enterprise policies across the toolchain and pipelines.
• Introduce and integrate tooling to analyse and ensure code quality.
• Document systems, standards, and best practices; coach teams on effective usage.

• Minimum of five years' experience in Dev Ops for systems-level or embedded software projects.
• Experience administering Debian-based build hosts/runners and troubleshooting Linux build environments.
• Proficiency with C/C++ build workflows and make.
• Hands‑on experience with Git Lab CI and/or Git Hub Actions.
• Language skills:
  German (C1) and English (C1).

• Excellent collaboration skills with Development and QA.
• Strong understanding of code quality and security practices.
• Clear documentation and communication skills.
