For our customer Roche Diagnostics International AG based in Rotkreuz we are looking for a qualified Project Management Support (m/f/d)

This position is intended to provide maintenance for a database solution developed in Google Sheets and shares on Google Sites. Also project managing the decommissioning of this solution and the implementation of a global enterprise tool. The role is in the Quality Area and it supports Quality Heads with documentation related capabilities.

The Perfect Candidate has a strong understanding of the Google Workspace tools and some scripting ability within Google G-Sheets. He/She will be able to manage a complex project across many countries and with varied stakeholders. Communication skills are important. English is necessary given the international nature of the assignment.

• Support custom build solution in Google Workspace
• Administration of a standard tool
• Basic training of users
• Manage the Project transition to enterprise tool
• Coordination of transition
• Application scripting for Google tools

• Vocational degree
• First project Management experience
• First development/scripting experience
• Ability to engage in stakeholder management
• Experience with Google Workspace, SQL, websites, project management
• Fluency in English & German, other languages are a plus

• Familiarity with document management tools within quality and regulatory functions
