About the Program – Transcend is a global business‑transformation initiative that will modernize our transactional processes by consolidating the Pharmaceutical ERP landscape from 7 to 1 system. It will standardize processes on a single “clean” SAP S/4

HANA platform, ensuring a cost‑effective, fit‑for‑purpose digital backbone that supports business agility with strict adherence to SAP Clean Core principles.

Global Template Deployment

• Implement the pre‑defined global Value Stream process template across regions and business units, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and SAP standards.
• Lead the deployment of the Value Stream template within S/4
  
  HANA, avoiding customizations unless strictly required by legal or regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all design decisions conform to SAP Clean Core principles—favoring configuration over custom development and using standard extensibility frameworks where needed.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead cross‑functional teams including business SMEs, IT, SAP consultants, validation experts, and system integrators.
• Collaborate with other value stream leads (e.g., Procure to Pay, Finance, Manufacturing) to achieve fully integrated end‑to‑end process design.
• Act as key connection between business units, program leadership, and technical teams to align scope, timeline, and readiness.

Solution Delivery & Validation

• Oversee detailed solution design, configuration reviews, data migration validation, testing strategy (including GxP and CSV compliance), and business process walkthroughs.
• Manage testing activities including Functional Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validation activities in alignment with SDLC.
• Support creation and approval of validation deliverables in accordance with QA and regulatory requirements.

Change Management & Training

• Collaborate with the Change Management team to drive user readiness and adoption of the global Value Stream template.
• Support creation and delivery of training materials and process documentation tailored to regulated users and business partners.

Required

• University‑level degree or equivalent experience in quality, business/IT technical/scientific area or comparable education/experience.
• At least 8 years of professional experience.
• Deep knowledge of Value Stream processes in a GxP‑compliant environment, including commercial distribution, serialization, credit management, and revenue recognition.
• Strong team leadership or management skills.
• Solid understanding of SAP Clean Core principles, extensibility strategies (e.g., In‑App, Side‑by‑Side), and system sustainability implications.
• Strong facilitation, customer engagement, and leadership skills, including experience with business leaders, regulatory bodies, and global teams.
• Familiarity with CSV, SDLC, GXP.
• Proficiency with SAP tools: S/4
  
  HANA modules relevant to the Value Stream (Sales and Distribution, Credit Management, Billing), Fiori, or Solution Manager.

Preferred

• Experience in the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences industry.
