We’re looking for a highly adaptable Operations Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work directly with our COO to tackle global initiatives that span multiple domains. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys wearing many hats, and is motivated by impact.

• Partner with the COO on high-priority global initiatives.
• Jump across functions—client operations, financial operations, and tech operations—with ease.
• Apply problem-solving skills to optimize workflows and processes.
• Use your technical foundation (basic programming in Java script, Python, VBA) to automate tasks and build lightweight solutions.
• Continuously learn and grow with coaching, while contributing to Citizen

• A generalist mindset: you’re comfortable being a Swiss Army Knife across diverse projects.
• Fast learner: you take feedback well and adapt quickly.
• A deep belief in our mission and desire to have a positive global impact.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote and international environment.
• Basic programming skills with a willingness to expand your technical toolkit.
