We’re looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Operations Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll support trading and client relationship functions by ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations.

• Support trading units and relationship managers with daily operational needs.
• Execute internal transfers of crypto assets efficiently and accurately.
• Manage external transfers of client crypto assets in line with regulatory and security standards.
• Maintain static data to ensure system accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with client onboarding for both institutional and private clients.
• Document operational processes and procedures to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Identify and implement continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Provide conceptual and analytical support for management and business development initiatives.
• Collaborate across teams to proactively identify solutions and resources for project completion or exception handling.

• 3‑6 years of relevant experience in middle‑office operations with a bank or crypto exchange.
• Interest and affinity for blockchain/crypto.
• Command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Visio.
• Focused on client service and timely execution of task orders.
• Can demonstrate and execute continuously highest integrity standards.
• Motivated, self‑directed, driven, and constructive.
• Fluency in English is mandatory (verbal and written).
