Ihre Hauptaufgaben
- Verantwortlich für die Bearbeitung der Lohnmandate im Abacus (Lohnmutation / -
- Bearbeitung aller Aspekte rund um die Sozialversicherungen
- Verantwortung für die Jahresendarbeiten von A-Z,
- Kontakt zu Kunden, Behörden, Versicherungsdienstleistern und Ausgleichskassen
- Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Bereich HR (Payroll, Sozialversicherungen)
- Muttersprache Deutsch / sehr gute Deutsch Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute Englisch Kenntnisse
- Sie bringen einige Jahre praktische Erfahrung in der Lohnbuchhaltung und HR
- Administration mit und verfügen über gute Kenntnisse in Abacus und den gängigen Office-Programmen - Idealalter zwischen 29 - 50 Jahren
