Permanent Contract | 60 – 100%

In this versatile finance role, you will be responsible for managing Swiss statutory accounting, preparing financial statements, and supporting international transfer pricing activities. You will collaborate closely with U.S. finance colleagues, external auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a broad range of accounting, reporting, and process‑improvement initiatives within an international environment.

• Manage statutory accounting and financial reporting for the Swiss entity in compliance with local regulations and internal policies
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheet, P&L, and supporting schedules
• Maintain the general ledger, including reconciliations, journal entries, and analytical reviews
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors for VAT, corporate tax filings, and financial audits
• Collaborate with international finance teams on transfer pricing documentation, analysis, and intercompany reporting
• Oversee key accounting processes such as cash, investments, receivables, payables, fixed assets, payroll, and tax‑related items
• Identify and drive process improvements in accounting workflows, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in Swiss accounting
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Swiss GAAP FER

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience working with ERP systems
• Holds a professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and solve complex accounting issues
• Excellent communication skills in English;
  German language skills are an advantage
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work independently within tight deadlines in a dynamic international environment
