Senior Investment Advisor​/Deputy Head Invest & Advice

We are seeking a senior, crypto-native investment professional to join our Invest & Advice division as Senior Investment Advisor and Deputy Head Invest & Advise. The role combines product development, research oversight, and people management, with a strong focus on shaping the firm’s current and future investment strategies.

Working closely with the Head Invest & Advice, you will help position the firm’s investment strategies, oversee advanced crypto strategies, advise the organization on next-generation investment products, advisory models, tokenized solutions, and institutional collaborations.

• Support the strategic oversight of the Invest & Advice division, ensuring the overall organizational structure, roles, and processes are fit-for-purpose, scalable, and aligned with the firm’s long-term strategy.
• Deputize for the Head of Invest & Advice in internal forums and committees, and act as a senior representative of the Invest & Advice Department in client, partner, and strategic discussions.
• Assist the Head Invest & Advice in managing and developing the department across research, investment strategy, and technology. Monitor and manage the department’s Book of work, OKRs, internal KPIs, metrics, and reporting, ensuring transparency on performance, risks, delivery milestones, and strategic progress.
• Oversee the development and evolution of the firm’s investment product and services roadmap, including derivative strategies, blockchain-native yield solutions, protocol-based participation models, DeFi exposure frameworks, early-stage/venture concepts, and tokenized investment products.
• Contribute to the division’s strategic positioning and product narrative in close collaboration with the Client Management and Marketing Department. Actively support the definition of business and IT requirements and work closely with Technology and vendors to ensure systems are properly implemented, integrated, and continuously improved.
• Review, maintain, and update presentations, internal policies, and guidelines related to investments strategy, research, product development, and governance, in alignment with the Compliance, Legal, and Risk Control departments.

• Advanced degree in finance, economics, engineering, computer science, or a related field; CFA, CAIA, or similar qualifications are an advantage
• Significant experience in traditional as well as digital asset investing, investment strategy, or product development, including exposure to tokenization initiatives and institutional partnerships
• Deep expertise in crypto markets, derivatives, structured strategies, protocol mechanics, token economics, DeFi ecosystems, and tokenized asset structures
• Strong product development mindset with experience translating ideas into scalable, compliant, and institutionally viable investment solutions
• Several years of experience within regulated financial institutions, including banks, asset managers, or hedge funds.
• Proven leadership experience across interdisciplinary investment and technology teams
• Commercially minded, with strong awareness of client, distribution, and partnership dynamics
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex concepts to senior stakeholders and institutional audiences
• High ownership, intellectual curiosity, and comfort operating in fast-moving environments
• Fluent English required;
  German is a strong advantage
