Senior Finance Analyst PositionWill be part of the cross‑country IMPO I&C Costing sub‑team which is responsible for the end‑to‑end controlling of the standard costing for Manufacturing and Sourcing plants of the OUS IM Principal Companies. We are part of shaping, testing and implementing new IM financial product flows across internal and external sites, with high visibility on new IM product launches.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the standard cost pricing process (actual and budget) and the financial product flows for the Schaffhausen manufacturing plant
- Managing the monthly Schaffhausen plant closing: production orders and related variances
- Provide business support related to financial approval tools (sIDMA/Pendulum/ICP-tool)
- Ensure compliance with finance accounting policies & internal controls, support internal/external audit cycles as needed
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (Supply Chain, R&D, Planning, Tax, Trade compliance, …) to drive the financial set‑up of new products flows
- Identify and implement operational improvements, harmonize and standardize activities and act as Subject Matter Expert for the digital IM Finance Transformation solutions related to standard costing and variance calculation (such as TranSCend and Global Value Chain (GVC) – Exa tool).
- Proactively take ownership for personal development, ensuring a positive work life balance while managing stakeholders.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Finance and/or Accounting or related field is required, standard costing experience is a pro
- Strong functional knowledge of Finance (Accounting, Controlling, Compliance)
- This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong intellectual curiosity, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work pro‑active and independently within a virtual organization
- Flexible and able to work under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems required, experience with advanced data analytics tools (Power
BI, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.) is preferred - Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English
