Senior Client Accountant / Fiduciary expert (80-100%)

As a Fiduciary Expert, you will work under supervision of the Business Unit Manager – Finance based in Zug. You will work independently to support the financial affairs relating to client companies in Switzerland, ensuring, in close cooperation with qualified legal and tax advisors and in line with legislation and corporate policies, the timely and optimal financial administration of the client companies in line with local legislation and client expectations.

Acting as an interface to the accounting team as a subject‑matter expert in accounting/tax and payroll administration;

Independently managing financial administration for client companies in Switzerland;

Preparing and reviewing financial statements, handling taxes, VAT, and payroll for clients;

Managing the closing process and creating financial reports in line with Swiss Code of Obligations (SCO);

Preparing and reviewing reporting packages and cash‑flow statements according to Swiss CO (IFRS & US GAAP);

Providing guidance/review on transition calculations from US GAAP/IFRS to SCO;

Collaborating closely with legal and tax advisors to ensure compliance with local legislation and corporate 菠菜 policies;

Supporting the team‐heads and related team members on complex issues and projects beyond fiduciary services, such as cross‑departmental initiatives;

Preparing and reviewing consolidated financial statements and handling intercompany transactions/reconciliations;

Awareness of developments within client structures and identifying possible commercial opportunities;

Participating in incorporation, restructuring, and liquidation projects;

Possibility to take on the role of administrative board member / managing officer for Swiss client mandates.

Swiss federal Diploma Accounting/Fiduciary or Fiduciary Expert; 5‑8 years of experience nokt fact …

Fully competent in all aspects of the financial statements and closing process in Switzerland;

Strong knowledge of SCO, and knowledge of IFRS & US GAAP. Must prepare IFRS‑based statements and transition calculations to SCO;

Fluent in English and German (spoken, written, and report writing); knowledge of French is an advantage;

Proficient in IT tools such as MS Office, Abacus, SAP, Viewpoint, and Dr. Tax;

Analytical, proactive, organized, and a strong team player; hands‑on and eager to learn;
