We are seeking a Financial Controller to join an international Finance & Supply Chain team supporting global distributor markets. This role sits in a fast‑growing office in Zug and works closely with teams across multiple regions. You will ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain compliance, manage external accounting partners, and support business processes in an international environment. • Prepare monthly financial statements with the shared services accounting team
• Manage external accounting partners in Asia‑Pacific
• Analyse monthly results and support forecasting and budgeting processes
• Ensure compliance with statutory and fiscal requirements for all entities in scope
• Oversee cash management and payments for overseas entities
• Manage customer balances and support credit insurance processes
• Lead audit activities and maintain required procedures
• Design and implement commercial and logistic flows with ICT
• Develop skills with potential to grow into commercial controlling
• Work closely with Business Controllers, Demand Planners, Supply Chain teams, and corporate finance

• Master’s degree in Applied Economics
• Minimum 5 years experience in audit or financial reporting
• Strong accounting background and advanced analytical skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset
• Strong MS Excel and SAP skills
• Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively
• Fluent in English
