Our client is a late-stage clinical biopharma company with an exciting drug focused on an area previously classed as an unmet medical need. To support the establishment of their International Headquarters in Zug, they are looking to hire an experienced:

In this highly operational role, you will be responsible for ensuring financial transparency and accuracy across international operations. You will collaborate closely with finance directors, country managers, and business teams at both headquarters and affiliate level, acting as a trusted partner in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

• Collect and consolidate financial data from international headquarters and country teams for forecasts, budgets, and strategic planning
• Validate and integrate financial inputs to ensure compliance with corporate standards
• Review purchase orders for proper coding, budget availability, and policy compliance
• Monitor and reconcile actuals versus forecasts, identifying variances and proposing corrections
• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including accrual validation and phasing
• Prepare and deliver clear, actionable financial reports for decision-making
• Act as a business partner, providing insights to enhance accountability and performance
• Maintain and improve Power BI dashboards and related reporting tools
• Contribute to process improvements in financial planning and analysis
• Support initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy in reporting and planning cycles

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, Accounting, or Business Analysis
• Strong knowledge of financial processes, accruals, and expense management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills;
  Power Query and Power BI expertise required
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across functions
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in international or multi-country financial operations is a plus
• Fluent English, additional languages are a plus
