• Entwicklung und Bearbeitung der Projekt- und Ausführungsplanung
• Koordination des Planungsteams zusammen mit der Projektleitung
• Erarbeiten von Planungsgrundlagen auf Basis 3D-CAD für das Baugesuch und die Ausschreibung
• Erstellen von Projekt-, Werk- und Detailpläne
Was Sie mitbringen:
• Zeichner EFZ Architektur mit Weiterbildung zum Hochbautechniker HF oder Architekt FH
• Gutes Planerverständnis mit hohem Qualitäts- und Kostenbewusstsein
• Freude an der Ausführungsplanung
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse über die SIA-Normen, Bauvorschriften und Bauphysik
• Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und hohes Pflichtbewusstsein
