  • Supports the Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and Requests for Proposal (RFPs) processes, including supplier identification, bid analysis, and contract negotiation.
  • Acts as a key liaison between the procurement department and other departments such as Engineering, Quality, and Finance to facilitate and partially create purchase requisitions.
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory and industry standards in supplier selection and sourcing processes.
  • Demonstrates a solid understanding of commercial procurement activities, including negotiation, supplier management, and market analysis.
  • Persistently follows up on time‑critical issues to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of procurement needs.
  • Implements cost reduction initiatives and participates in the development of strategic procurement plans.

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to drive cost, service, inventory, and cycle time improvements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Fluent in English and German (additional languages are a plus).

  • Completed commercial education, preferably as an industrial clerk.
We Offer
  • Challenging assignments in a fast‑growing and innovative industry.
  • A multicultural team and modern working environment with state‑of‑the‑art facilities and technologies.
