To strengthen our evolving Group Finance team we are looking for an ambitious, highly motivated and hands‑on Finance and Legal Administrative Coordinator.
Based in Zug, Switzerland with hybrid working: 3 days in the office / 2 days WFOH.

- Support the Director of Finance and Legal with administrative tasks.
- Facilitate collaboration between teams by organising regular division meetings, ensuring timely follow‑ups and coordinating additional initiatives as required.
- Maintain communication with other divisions to foster a synchronised way of working and proactively align on developments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the division members.
- Oversee general operations at the Zug office.
- Coordinate the onboarding and off‑boarding process for staff, including the introduction of corporate tools and processes.
- Completed apprenticeship in business administration, finance or similar.
- 2 years experience in a comparable role, ideally in an international company.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communicator and team player comfortable across cultures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel essential; Microsoft D365 a plus).
- Fluent English;
German or French a plus.
