We are looking for an exceptional administrative professional who is ready to be the strategic right hand to two dynamic leaders. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to have a direct impact on global marketing strategy. The Marketing & Customer Insights team at Roche Diagnostics is looking for a Management Partner / Executive Assistant to support two critical leaders: the Global Head of Congresses & Events and the Global Head of Solutions Marketing & Commercial Academy.

In this pivotal role, you’ll be a key enabler at the heart of our Marketing division. You will work side-by-side with two leaders and their teams, helping to shape global marketing plans, manage high-profile congresses & events, and develop critical commercial training programs. Responsibilities
  • Executive Support & Coordination:
    Serve as the trusted point of contact for two global leaders, managing complex calendars, expense reporting and arranging domestic & international travel.
  • Operational Excellence:
    Serve as the “go-to”; operational expert for the team, handling budget management, expense tracking, and ensuring all administrative processes run smoothly.
  • Project Management & Ownership:
    Lead and follow up on key projects, ensuring team goals and deliverables are met on time. You will play a critical role in supporting major initiatives, from global congresses & events to educational training programs.
  • Communication & Presentation:
    Draft and edit internal communications, presentations, and other high-level documents, ensuring all materials are polished and professional.
  • Confidentiality:
    Handle highly sensitive and confidential business and financial information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Team Enablement:
    Drive a positive and productive team environment by coordinating meetings and large-scale events, while also developing and maintaining team resources like the G-Site.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or a commercial apprenticeship in office administration (KV).
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager.
  • Highly skilled with Google Suite applications (Gmail, G-Drive, G
    - Calendar, etc.) and actively utilize AI tools to automate routine tasks.
  • A fast learner with a “can-do” attitude, eager to experiment with new ways of working and thrive in a global network.
  • A natural team player who can maintain confidentiality and build strong relationships across the organization.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and highly organized professional.
  • Fluent C1+ level verbal and written English communication skills.
