Aufgaben umfassen die Beratung von Ratsuchenden, Telefon- und Schalterdienst sowie die Abrechnung mit Krankenkassen. Voraussetzung ist eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kauffrau/Kaufmann EFZ und Erfahrung in der Verwaltung.
