Een sociale organisatie in Zoetermeer zoekt een Begeleider coaching om statushouders te ondersteunen bij financiën, gezondheid en andere essentiële zaken. Je biedt praktische steun en advies aan nieuwe bewoners, en begeleidt hen in hun nieuwe omgeving. Met jouw luisterend oor en creativiteit help je hen hun weg te vinden. Deze rol vereist een minimale inzet van 4 uur per week op maandag, dinsdag, woensdag en/of donderdag, en beschikbaarheid voor minimaal 9 maanden.
