- Een afgeronde juridische opleiding op WO-niveau (bijvoorbeeld Nederlands Recht, Bestuursrecht);
- Minimaal vijf jaar relevante werkervaring met WOO/Wob-zaken, bij voorkeur binnen de Rijksoverheid;
- Uitstekende kennis van de Wet open overheid (WOO) en de Algemene wet bestuursrecht (Awb);
- Ervaring met procesvoering en complexe juridische vraagstukken;
- Analytisch sterk en in staat om belangen zorgvuldig af te wegen;
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en overtuigingskracht;
- Flexibel, zelfstandig en gericht op samenwerking.
