Part-time Evening & Night Shift

Hours: 3pm-11:30pm, 11pm-7:30am

As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Each day, our nurses utilize their nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of the residents, leading to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.

Overview

Position:
Registered Nurse (RN) on part-time evening and night shifts. Primary responsibilities include direct resident care, assessments, and collaboration with the care team to promote resident well-being.

Responsibilities

  Creating a comforting and engaging atmosphere for our residents.

  Promote teamwork within the care team to exceed the needs of our residents.

  Work with nursing and other facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive resident care.

  Support a respectful and positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers and staff.
