Part-time Evening & Night Shift
Hours:
3pm-11:30pm, 11pm-7:30am
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Each day, our nurses utilize their nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of the residents, leading to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include providing compassionate nursing care, supporting a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents, and promoting teamwork within the care team to meet residents' needs. Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care, and contribute to a respectful and positive work environment.
Qualifications- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
- Proficient medication management skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
