• Pay Rate: $99K-109K gross per year
• Sign‑on Bonus up to $10K depending on experience
• Dispatch 3rd shift

• Inspect tractor‑trailer for defects pre‑ and post‑trip and submit DOT inspection reports
• Verify bill of lading and store keys accurately for off‑hour deliveries
• Drive tractor‑trailer to destination, applying commercial driving regulations and vehicle maneuvering skills
• Maintain driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) per DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures, and exceptions
• Unload trailer and deliver product into customer premises
• Perform other duties as assigned

• At least 21 years of age
• Valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL‑A)
• At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor‑trailer driving experience
• Must meet McLane’s MVR and risk rating qualifications
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient for job‑related tasks
