Join Hallmark Cards to showcase your organization, time‑management, and retailer relationships as a Field Merchandiser.

Work independently at grocery stores, drug stores, department stores, and mass retailers to restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products. Use a mobile device for inventory management, communication, reporting, and feedback. Provide excellent interaction with store employees, management, and customers.

• Hourly pay $15.00–$17.00, depending on skills and experience.
• Annual pay increases for eligible employees.
• Part‑time position with variable weekly schedule.
• Average weekly hours 10–15.
• Availability before and after major holidays, including weekends, required.

• Day‑to‑day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark inventory using Hallmark‑provided mobile technology; communicate with supervisor; conduct surveys.
• Holiday support: additional days and extended hours around Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas; may work on holiday itself.
• Department resets: participate in installations, relocations, and resets of card sections; typically notified two weeks in advance; may involve evenings or weekends.
• Team collaboration: support fellow merchandisers in the network when needed.

This physically demanding role requires consistent lifting, pushing, and carrying of up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Employees must kneel, squat, walk, stand, and may need to climb stairs or use step ladders.

• At least 18 years old.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Comfortable operating a digital handheld device to read and interpret information.
• Access to Wi‑Fi and internet.
• Reliable transportation to travel to assigned stores.
