• PM Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• NOC Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Allure of Zion is seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide hands‑on nursing care in our skilled nursing facility. The LPN works collaboratively with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, effective, and resident‑centered care.

• Provide nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
• Observe, assess, and report changes in resident condition to the RN or provider
• Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice
• Support and supervise CNAs to ensure high‑quality resident care
• Document care and observations accurately and timely in the EMR
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and daily clinical workflows
• Follow infection control, safety, and fall prevention protocols
• Promote dignity, comfort, and trauma‑informed care for all residents

• Active Illinois LPN license
• CPR certification
• Long‑term care experience preferred (New LTC LPNs encouraged to apply)
