• PM Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• NOC Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Allure of Zion is seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver hands‑on nursing care and support residents in a skilled nursing setting. The LPN works collaboratively with the nursing team to ensure safe, effective, and resident‑centered care.

• Provide nursing care in accordance with physician orders and established care plans
• Observe, assess, and report changes in resident condition to the RN or provider
• Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice
• Support and supervise CNAs to ensure quality resident care
• Accurately document care and observations in the EMR
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and daily clinical workflows
• Follow infection control, safety, and fall prevention protocols
• Promote dignity, comfort, and trauma‑informed care for all residents

• Active Illinois LPN license
• CPR certification
• Long‑term care experience preferred
