Positions available:
Full-Time (PM & NOC) and Part-Time (PM). Same day pay! Pay ranges from $19.00 to $25.50 per hour, based on experience.

Grove at the Lake is a premier post-acute care and skilled nursing facility located in Zion, Illinois, less than four miles from the Illinois/Wisconsin border along Lake Michigan. The facility offers specialized services such as on-site dialysis, short‑term rehabilitation, respiratory care, and wound care. Residents enjoy spacious private suites with private bathrooms, a computer lounge, and access to the nearby Illinois Beach State Park.

Eligible applicants must be a State of Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or have completed a State of Illinois accredited CNA training course. Prior CNA experience is preferable; however, we are willing to invest in the right candidate.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you are the front line of the clinical department. Your work ensures residents receive the high standard of care expected at the Grove at the Lake by performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education. Residents rely on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to remain comfortable and safe.
