PreK Teacher

Job Description

We are seeking a caring, energetic Pre-K Teacher to join our early childhood team. The ideal candidate is passionate about early learning and creating a nurturing, play-based environment that supports young children’s academic, social, and emotional development.

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with state standards for your grade level
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom that supports academic and social-emotional growth
• Assess student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and styles
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and administrators to foster a cohesive learning environment
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student progress
• Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom conducive to learning

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, a specific content area, or a related field from an accredited university
• Valid state teaching certification in the appropriate grade level (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Strong instructional, classroom management, and communication skills
• Passion for fostering academic growth and social-emotional development in students
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and administrators
