• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Operate all store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product and assemble orders efficiently.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facilities daily.
• Complete training and orientation as provided onsite.
• Demonstrate communication skills (verbal and written).

• Basic math: add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately.
• Give correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for order processing.
• Motor coordination for rapid, precise movements.
• Enter orders using computer keyboard or touch screen.

Standing: Most tasks performed from a standing position.

Walking: For short distances and short durations.

Lifting: Bulk product deliveries, including cases weighing up to 50 pounds.

Carrying: Heavy items such as pizza sauce (30 lbs) and pizza dough trays (12 lbs each).

Pushing / Pulling: Trays on dollies up to 7.5 pounds of force.

Stooping / Bending: Frequent until ~45 seconds per repetition during the day.

Reaching: Up, down, forward, and above 72 inches to turn oven controls or access shelves.

Additional tasks include cleaning low areas, using a pizza peel, and handling small tools such as a pizza cutter.

Exposure to varying temperatures, fumes, cornmeal dust, and sharp edges. Work inside the walk‑in cooler or near the oven (up to 500°F). Shift temperatures range from 36°F to 90°F+.
