Overview
Associates in Store Support positions are responsible for a variety of non-sales functions. This may include ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot or providing administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required. These positions play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and require cooperation with other associates, vendors, and carriers.
They must be detail-oriented, have proven time management skills, and demonstrate a high level of integrity. They should respond to operational concerns and support store-specific business objectives while performing key operational responsibilities. Specific positions may include:
Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.
- Assist customers in the lot and provide information about product order status.
- Support order fulfillment and administrative services to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Direct customers to store departments or merchandise as needed.
- Handle cash management or program compliance as required and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other Associates, vendors, and carriers; work with little to some supervision.
- Maintain detail-oriented operations and manage time effectively.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work cooperatively with others and respond to operational concerns.
- High level of integrity and customer service orientation.
