Overview
Designer - Kitchen/Bath at The Home Depot. Designers support three primary store priorities:
Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers, welcome customers, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, set up kitchen and/or bath measures, meet with customers to review room designs and make purchasing recommendations. They support In Stock by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking them as necessary.
They support Store Appearance by ensuring displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals.
- Welcome customers and assess kitchen and/or bath project needs
- Provide showroom tours and arrange for kitchen and/or bath measurements
- Meet with customers to review room designs and make purchasing recommendations
- Assess stock levels of samples and brochures and restock as necessary
- Ensure special order displays and showrooms promote an appealing and safe environment
- Drive sales by supporting store priorities
