Motorcycle Technician-Zephyrhills

* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of powersports vehicles including ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, and personal watercraft

* Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, brake service, tire mounting and balancing, chain/sprocket replacement, and coolant flushes

* Conduct full system inspections — including engines, transmissions, suspension, electrical, fuel, and cooling systems — to identify issues before failure

* Perform factory-recommended service intervals and software updates according to manufacturer guidelines

* Install aftermarket parts, accessories, and performance upgrades (e.g., exhaust systems, lighting, winches, audio systems, lift kits)

* Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) to ensure new units meet manufacturer and dealership quality standards

* Document all work performed with accuracy and completeness in the shop management system

* Communicate clearly with the service writer and parts department to ensure timely completion of work orders

* Keep work area organized, clean, and compliant with safety and environmental standards

* Participate in ongoing training and certification programs from manufacturers and industry organizations

* Test ride or water-test units after service (as appropriate and permitted) to verify repair quality and performance

* Maintain awareness xrlwcon of new model releases, service bulletins, and recall notices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:
