Estimated annual base pay: $18.50+ (DOE)

What You Will Be Doing

* Order Fulfillment:
Process and fulfill customer orders efficiently by picking, packing, and preparing merchandise for shipment in a timely manner.

* Inventory Management:
Maintain and update accurate records of stock levels and adjusts as needed. Counts inventory for cycle counting purposes, open/closes cycle count batches and trouble shoots discrepancies.

* Continuous Improvement:
Identifies quality/process improvements. Knowledge of tools to support continuous improvement.

* Stock Replenishment:
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers or internal departments to replenish stock as needed, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

* Data Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of stock movements and generate reports to track inventory trends, performance metrics, and inform decision making processes.
