Production Supervisor - Zeeland Area

Salary Range: $61,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

• Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards and product specifications.
• Promote and enforce all safety regulations and company policies on the production floor.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of production line personnel.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks or equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Monitor production metrics, prepare reports, and communicate progress to management.
• Coordinate with other departments such as maintenance and quality assurance for operational efficiency.

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a production team effectively.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills to address production challenges and implement solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and reporting.

• Lean or Six Sigma certification/experience
• Proficiency with specific manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Bilingual proficiency relevant to the workforce
• Experience with new technology implementation or automation projects
