You could join our Global Supply Planning team to develop and implement our global supply strategy, or work with our Procurement Centre of Excellence team to negotiate and manage our supplier relationships. Our Manufacturing Excellence team help us improve the efficiency, quality and safety of our manufacturing operations, and our Logistics Excellence team develop new and innovative ways to distribute our products to customers.

As our 2026 Environmental & Sustainability Summer Intern, you will have an opportunity to lead a large-scale sustainability project and leave a lasting impact on a world class organization. With support from our EHS and Sustainability team, you will spearhead a process improvement within water, waste, and/or energy management. You will work closely with different teams on and off site, and work collaboratively to achieve a creative solution.

Your improvement on sustainability within the organization will be measurable and the results will be reflected in key metrics. In addition to leading your project, you will gain valuable experience as a sustainability and EHS team member while being immersed in various sustainability related projects.

• Substantial experience in manufacturing, well-versed in 5S, TPM, and root cause analysis.
• A strong track record of leadership and team management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and experience leading factory employees.
• Solution-oriented approach to complex challenges, with a focus on process improvement.
• Business acumen, paired with expertise in supply chain management and production optimisation.

You’ll have excellent communication skills - able to make your ideas understood in a variety of ways and at all levels. You’ll be able to interpret and find meaning in data and be proficient in MS Office. You’ll also be able to work independently, looking for opportunities to enhance and improve our manufacturing operations.
